1. Information We Collect

The Service does not require registration or ask for a name or phone number to use its tools. Hosting and security logs may still be created when a site is accessed, and third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Ahrefs Web Analytics may automatically process the technical information described below. Feedback text and an optional email address are sent to Google Forms when you submit the feedback form.

• Information that may be processed automatically: IP address, browser and device information, access time, page and ad interactions, cookie IDs, advertising IDs, and other online identifiers. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may process this data depending on your choices, region, and settings
• Locally stored data: Clock settings, themes, and language preferences are normally kept in your browser's localStorage. A clock setup link includes the selected main city's ID and display options; opening it may include that address in site requests and processing by services in use
• Ahrefs visit statistics: Processes page URLs, referrers, browser, device and language details, and approximate location derived from IP addresses. Ahrefs says it uses no cookies or persistent identifiers and does not store raw IP addresses

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Analyzing usage statistics to improve the service
• Ensuring stable service operation and addressing errors
• Funding service operating costs through advertising

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Service uses the following third-party services. A request to a third-party server transmits an IP address and request data, and a provider may also use cookies, web beacons, advertising IDs, and other online identifiers.

• Google Analytics: When permitted, uses cookies and similar technologies to process visit, device, and interaction information for statistics. Google's privacy policy and configured retention settings apply.

• Google AdSense and advertising partners: May store or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses, browser and device information, advertising IDs, and other online identifiers for ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, security, and—when permitted—personalization. • Google Forms: Receives and stores feedback messages and, when provided, the email address you enter in the feedback widget.
• worldtimeapi.org / timeapi.io: Called as a synchronization fallback by the server-time tool; your IP address is exposed to these services during the request.
• flagcdn.com: Serves country flag images for the world clock; your IP address is exposed during image requests.
• Google ad settings: You can manage personalization for your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com/. This can be separate from your consent choice on this site.
• Third-party ad partner opt-out: Cookie policies and opt-out options for advertising partners are available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads, the Digital Advertising Alliance (US) http://www.aboutads.info, and the European Digital Advertising Alliance http://www.youronlinechoices.eu.

4. Cookies

The Service's own tools primarily use localStorage, while Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies depending on your choices, region, and settings. Google advertising can use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, advertising IDs, and browser or device information for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, fraud prevention, and permitted personalization. Rejecting or blocking cookies does not by itself guarantee that an ad will be served or converted to a particular format.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Tool data stored in localStorage is removed when you clear this site's browser data. Data processed by Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or advertising partners is handled under each provider's retention policy, your choices, and applicable law. Ahrefs says it does not store raw IP addresses and deletes the temporary salt used to distinguish daily visitors every 24 hours; aggregate data follows Ahrefs' retention policy.

6. Your Rights

You can inspect, delete, or block localStorage and cookies in browser settings and manage Google ad personalization. 'Cookie Settings' in the footer reopens Clock-Tani's optional analytics and storage choice so you can withdraw or change it. Cookieless Ahrefs visit measurement is separate from that choice and can be limited with your browser's third-party script blocking features. In the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising choices by purpose and vendor can be accepted, rejected, or withdrawn separately through the privacy-options interface provided by Google's certified consent management platform (CMP).
